Davina Bennett is Miss Universe Jamaica 2017

A 21-year-old beauty Davina Bennett was crowned the winner of the Miss Universe Jamaica 2017 held on August 26, 2017 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. She was crowned by last year's titleholder Isabel Dalley.

Standing 5'9" tall, Davina triumphed over 17 other contestants including her court :
1st Runner up: Jennae Jackson
2nd Runner up: Sara-Jade Kow
3rd Runner up: Jodiann Harper
4th Runner up: Adrianna Bryan

Aside from representing Jamaica at Miss Universe competition, Bennett will receive a $1 million worth of wardrobe; $300,000 cash prize; life and travel insurance coverage from Axia Insurance; a one-year gym membership from Spartan Health Club; a weekend for two at a north coast all-inclusive hotel, among other prizes.
