Miss Universe Peru 2016 Recovering from a Car Accident

It's been three weeks since Miss Universe Peru 2016 Valeria Piazza's car accident. Peru's rep for Miss Universe pageant in Manila, who was crowned by Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach during her visit in Peru, is still recovering after being injured in car crash last October 30th.


Valeria did suffer some serious injuries, but she let everyone know that she's ok and in good spirits.
She is still in therapy and hopes to continue on her preparation for the pageant soon.

Han pasado 3 semanas desde el accidente , por el que estuve internada 4 dias por un cuadro de cervicalgia. Cuando hable con el doctor Franz Richter le explique la motivación mas grande que tengo, que es representar a mi país en el Miss Universo y le pedí que mi recuperación tenía que ser en la mitad del tiempo normal, si era necesario hacer terapia dos veces al día lo iba a hacer. Meanwhile Miss Colombia Andrea Tovar took to her instagram and sent Valeria a sweet messages in hopes of her recovering quickly :  "May God protect you from all evil", to which Valeria thanked her and she looks forward in meeting the Colombian beauty in person at the Miss Universe pageant in the Philippines.
