"Reinas del Paraguay" big winner is a 22-year-old from Guaira, Andrea Melgarejo who was crowned Miss Universo Paraguay 2016 on October 1, 2016 at the AWA Resort in Encarnacion.
Andrea represented her country at Miss Earth last year (2015) in Vienna, Austria and now will have the oppurtunity to fly in the Philippines for the upcoming Miss Universe 2016 which is set to be held on January 29th,
