John Raspado was crowned Mr. Gay World Philippines 2016 in an event held at UP Theater on October 2, 2016. John who was also Showtime's " I am Pogay" winner bested 34 other contestants and will have the right to represent the Philippines next year in the annual international competition for gay men, Mr. Gay World.
