Nobphalat Sikaiphak, a 20-year-old student of Banking Institute of LAO PDR from Vientiane who is standing 173 cm tall, was crowned Miss Grand Laos 2018.

She was crowned by Fasai Chinnaly Norasing, Miss Grand Laos2017 and Top 20 Semi-Finalist of Miss Grand International 2017, at ITEC HALL, Vientiane, LAO PDR on March 25, 2018.

Eva Psychee Patalinjug is Miss Grand International-Philippines 2018

Eva Patalinjug, 24, standing at 5’8” from Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, was newly crowned Miss Grand Philippines 2018 last night. She obtained her degree in Nursing from the Cebu Doctors University in 2014 and passed the Nursing Board Examinations that same year. She is now an incoming sophomore Law student at University of San Carlos.

Nowadays, aside from her studies, she is also into business; PSYCHEE'S COSMETICS selling cosmetics items through online and in some department stores in Cebu metropolis.

Eva also aspires to be an ambassador of goodwill specifically for the less fortunate people in the country. She has actively involved with ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes), a non-governmental organization and a global network of civil society organizations exclusively dedicated to ending the commercial sexual exploitation of children, an advocacy she said she pursues passionately, with or without any beauty title.

The Search for the next Mr. World Philippines is now officially on!

The national franchise of the Miss World pageant in the Philippines headed by Mr. Arnold Vegafria announced that the search is on for Mr. World Philippines 2018. The winner of the male competition will represent the Philippines at the prestigious Mr. World 2018 competition in September. The winner will follow the footsteps of Sam Ajdani, John Spainhour and Andrew Wolfe in representing the Philippines. Aside from Mr. World Philippines title, Mr. Eco International Philippines title is also at stake.

Qualifications:
1. Single Filipino Male
2. 18-30 years old
Note: 18-26 years old for Mr. World Philippines
20-30 years old for Mr. Eco Philippines
3. At least 5'10 in height
4. With the charms and personality of a true Filipino and excels in sports and fitness

16-year-old Alfia Ersayin from Atyrau was crowned Miss Kazakhstan on March 31, 2018, at the Palace of Peace and Harmony. Alfia succeeded last year's winner Gulbanu Azimkhanova and will now represent her country at the Miss World 2018 competition in China.

Bb. Pilipinas World 2008 Janina San Miguel is now living a simple life after she dropped out from pageantry ten years ago. Then 17-year-old Janina became a household name following her blunder during Bb. Pilipinas 2008 question and answer segment.


San Miguel had quit from her title two months before the  Miss World 2008 competition, initially claiming personal reasons including the death of her grandfather, though there were also allegations that her resignation was met with speculation that Janina had been forced by Binibining Pilipinas organization to give up her title due to a lack of professionalism during preparatory training sessions, which strained the patience of her mentors.

The Bb. Pilipinas-World 2008 title was transferred to the first runner-up Danielle Castaño, who went on to represent the Philippines at the Miss World 2008 pageant in South Africa.

The 10th edition of Mister World will be held in Manila, Philippines this year!

The announcement was made by the Head of Miss World Organization Julia Morley through Mr. World official social media accounts on Tuesday.

The biennial male beauty pageant will be held in the Philippines on the 16th of September 2018.
Rohit Khandelwal of India will crown his successor at the end of the event.

I am delighted to announce that Mr World 2018 will be held in beautiful ‘PHILIPPINES’.
MR WORLD FINAL – Sunday 16th September 2018
Full details of the Mr World 2018 event will be given at a press conference in Manila on 1st May 2018. The press conference will be broadcast live on Facebook and other media channels.

Some of Miss Universe 2014 beauties are getting back together for a reunion that will take them to the Philippines. Miss Universe Philippines 2014 and Miss Universe 2014 Top 10 Finalist Mary Jean Lastimosa confirmed the news via Instagram story.



Their first reunion was held in 2016 during Miss Russia Yulia Alipova's birthday celebration in Milan, Italy and in Switzerland. In 2017, MJ Lastimosa flew to Costa Rica with her pageant sisters for Miss Costa Rica Kary Ramos' birthday event.

This is what a Beauty Pageant is all about: the promotion of international sisterhood, goodwill, and friendship! Class 63rd Edition is the most bonded batch ever in Miss Universe history.
