This 23-year-old hunk from Sagada, Cordillera Province was crowned Misters of Filipinas – Man of the World 2016-2017 during the Misters of Filipinas 2016 Finals last September 2016. 5'10" tall Dalugan is also a former Mr. PNPA (Philippine National Police Academy).
The Manila-based male pageant Man of the World 2017 will be held on July 28, 2017 7:00 PM at One Esplanade in Pasay City with its theme “Celebrating Masculinity with Responsibility,”
