Miss Universe Guam 2016 winner will represent the island at the Miss Universe 2016 in Manila on January 30, 2017. The winner will receive $20,000 in gifts and prizes.
Guam did not send representative at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant due to lack sponsorship from the event. Guam has placed twice (1970 as a semifinalist and 1982 as 1st runner up).
