Tulia Alemán Ferrer, from Mene de Mauroa (Falcón) is the new Miss Grand Venezuela 2017. The 24-year old model stands 1.75 m in height and she will represent Mexico in the 5th edition of Miss Grand International to be held in Vietnam on October 25th at the Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort & Villas Convention Hall.
