Katarina Sonja Rodriguez is Miss Intercontinental Philippines 2017 at the recently concluded Bb. Pilipinas 2017 pageant held at Smart Araneta Coliseum on April 30th, 2017. Katarina succeeds last year's Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental Jennifer Hammond and won the right to represent the Philippines at the Miss Intercontinental 2017 pageant.
5'7" beauty from Aces and Queens beauty camp Rodriguez is the 2nd Runner Up at the Season 2 of Asia's Next Top Model. She is a student in De La Salle University (DLSU), taking up Philosophy and Business Management and a member of the DLSU Women's Track and Field Team.
With her great communication skills and looks, I believe Katarina Rodriguez can win the very first Miss Intercontinetal crown for the Philippines.
At present, the Philippines has not yet taken home the expensive Miss Intercontinental crown as Chrisi McGarry placed first runner-up in 2015, Kris Tiffany won second runner-up in 2014 and Maria Soveitskaya also placed second in 1993.
