Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle recently attended a reception hosted by Ricardo Roselló, governor of Puerto Rico, at El Palacio de Santa Catalina as part of the closing for the activities held on World Down Syndrome Day.
" It was a pleasure for me to be part of such an important activity that endorses inclusion and to see how people with this condition really do contribute to society because they have no limits," says Stephanie.
