16-year-old PMAP model and the reigning Miss Teen International Philippines 2017 Lucia Alcantara of Rizal will represent the Philippines in Miss Teen International 2017 which is set to be held on May 22 - 29, 2017 in Yangoon, Myanmar.
Miss Teen International is an annual international beauty pageant for between 14 and 19. The pageant started in 1993 and Sofia Andersson of Sweden was the first winner of the pageant. The pageant was founded by Enrique González, but in the year 2016 the ownership was acquired by Nikhil Anand from India having its headquarters at New Delhi, India.
