Miss Venezuela 2016 first runner-up Diana Croce was formally crowned as Miss Mundo Venezuela or Miss World Venezuela 2016 on November 5, 2016 by last year's winner Anyela Galante. She was the runner-up of Keysi Kayago, Venezuela's representative for Miss Universe 2017. The crowning event was broadcasted at Super Sabado Sensacional.
This 19-year-old 5'9 1/2 gorgeous was appointed by Osmel Sousa as Venezuela's representative for Miss World 2016 competition which is set to be held in Washington D.C on December 18th. She won Elite Model Look Venezuela in 2012.
Under Osmel Sousa's management, Venezuela has produced 5 out of 6 Miss World winners.
