Milan Petrovic, a 29- year old flight attendant and representative of Serbia won the 2nd edition of Man of the Universe 2021 held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on October 15, 2021. Ian Rowe Giron from the Philippines landed 1st Runner Up, Naser Hassan of UAE won the 2nd Runner Up and Ahmed Yousif El Sherif of USA won 3rd Runner Up.
