For a noble cause, five professionals from different industries who have been activiely working for their own advocacy and charitable works established RESPECT: Noble Queen of the Universe Ltd (NQULI) for women to gain greater respect in the society.

The inaugural edition of NOBLE QUEEN OF THE UNIVERSE Pageant, an International pageant intended for married women with or without children, single mothers, divorcee and annulled women. The candidate must be between ages 35 to 55 years old and have an existing charity in their own country of origin. It aims to empower women, uplifts oneself, enlighten the people around the world the need to give respect to women with different status and focus on the charitable programs of the organisation.
The pageant will run from November 26 to December 1, 2019. Thirty empowed Misses candidates all over the world are expected to participate in this pageant. Grand Coronation Night is set on December 1, 2019 at the Manila Hotel.
Also present during the launching are the Dignified Queens, Ms. Irene Bigornia Montemayor ICSM Philippine Global Queens National Director and Mrs Global Universe 2019 4th Runner up and Dr. Risa Caldoza Mrs Tourism International and host. The event was hosted by Mr. Amad Espanto Moran.
