Queen Philippines Pageant | Queen of Ormoc Jess Labares wins the coveted crown of Queen Philippines Universe 2019 held last night at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Cebu City. Jess Labares competed against 35 fabulous transwomen in the said beauty pageant.
