Madison Anderson Berríos, 23-year old representing Toa Baja, was crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2019 held at the Luis A. Ferré Fine Arts Center in San Juan City on June 13th. Madison bested 27 other hopefuls and succeeded Miss Universe 2018 Top 5 Finalist Kiara Ortega.
