Bacolod City in Negros Occidental will have its own first international pageant on its soil. Bacolod City, situated on the northwestern part of the island of Negros, will welcome 30 beauties from all over the world for the inaugural edition of Miss Culture International.
Miss Culture International pageant is a platform for women, all over the world, celebrating beauty in diversity and promoting their culture with a cause.
Rizza Paula Lacson, after winning Miss Culture World-Heritage aims to continue her advocacy on promoting the heritage and culture of her country around the world. Candidates will witness the beauty of Negros Occidental, Philippines from May 25 to May 31, 2019.
Finals will be held in SMX Bacolod.
