Trejsi Sejdini was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2018 held in Pallati i Kongreseve on June 6, 2018. Trejsi bested 20 other beauties and succeeded Blerta Leka. This 18-year-old model earned the right to represent her country at the annual Miss Universe pageant this year. Meanwhile, Irene Dama and Ajli Hoxhaj were named as first and second runners-up respectively.
