20-year-old Begimay Karybekova from Naryn will represent Kyrgyzstan at the annual Miss Universe pageant this year. Begimay, who was crowned Miss Kyrgyzstan 2017 and was supposed to represent her country at the Miss World 2017, will be her country's representative to the Miss Universe for the first time in history. The 5'7" tall beauty is a student at the International University of Kyrgyzstan taking up Faculty of International Relations.
