Miss Philippines Cynthia Thomalla is Miss Eco International 2018

Miss Philippines Cynthia Thomalla was crowned the winner of Miss Eco International 2018 held in Cairo Opera House in Cairo, Egypt on April 27, 2018. Cynthia succeeded last year's winner Amber Bernachi of Canada and triumphed over 25 other contestants, including her runners-up:

1st Runner-Up: Indonesia
2nd Runner-Up: Peru
3rd Runner-Up: Vietnam
4th Runner-Up: Costa Rica
