Tansu Sıla Çakır was crowned as Miss Universe Turkey 2016 during a ceremony at the Miss Turkey 2016 pageant held on September 28th, 2016.
Tansu was named first runner-up from 20 delegates participated in the beauty contest held in a five-star hotel in the southern province of Antalya’s Serik district. She will now have the oppurtunity to represent her country in the upcoming Miss Universe
