Surahai Reyes is the new Miss Grand Dominican Republic 2017. She is 21 years old and was born and raised in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Surahai is currently residing in New York City. She is a student at Bronx Community College, currently completing her degree in Radiology. As a young girl, she was attracted to medicine and giving back to her community, making it easy to select the career path she chooses.
Her hobbies include ballet classic and reading novels. As Miss Grand Dominican Republic she feels as if she is carrying a suitcase full of dreams and eager to be a voice of peace and love to this world, especially for her country. Source: Miss Grand International facebook
