18-year-old first-year English student at University of Istanbul Itır Esen was crowned Miss World Turkey and will now represent her country at the Miss World 2017 competition in Sanya, China on November 18.

Pınar Tartan, meanwhile, took the Miss Supranational Turkey 2017 title. She will represent the country in Poland.
